Parking is provided for one car only and please put parking sticker in car window. You can use any of the parking bays. The parking bays are not allocated to any particular flat.
There is more parking in surrounded roads.
Keysafe is available for late arrivals.

The most important information to help you to start relaxing after your drive from home is the WIFI to keep the family quiet.
Network Name is NOWTV1WFPL password is in living room board.
Now you have peace and quiet put the kettle on before you unpack etc.
Milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided in sachets.
*****Please note that there is a garage with four chairs that you can use in the residential gardens. Also you can store your bikes here as well at owners risk *****
This is a quiet residencance complex and guests are required to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a respectable level.
Clothes to be dried on rotary line provided beside garages and nowhere else.
No skateboard, roller skating rollerblading or cycling or ball game.
No vehicle repairs in parking area except in case of emergency.
Please use footpaths and do not drop litter.
Please keep garages free for vehicle access.
Sea Rest have the rights to ask guests to leave if causing a disturbance.

Dogs are not permitted on Swanage main beach from 1st of May to 30th September .
How ever dogs are permitted to use Monkey Beach which is situated between the Stone Quay and Swanage Pier. All fouling needs to be cleared and put in to nearest dog bin situated at Days Park .

The water stop cock is in the bathroom. It is on the outside wall bottom left hand side were there is a small door for access.
